ODESSA MARINE SERVICE LTD. offers various crew management packages. Each is made up specifically to our customers’ needs. We can, for example, provide:
– full crew management service
– partial crew management service
– visa arrangements
In all cases we work very closely with a customer maintaining direct contact so that a solid relationship is built up.

We successfully provide manning services to different companies and different types of vessels for almost fifteen years. Among our partners:
* one of the biggest Bulk companies in USA “Eagle Ships” and their head office Rusam;
* German shipowner Blumenthal GmbH;
* Greek company Laskaridis Maritime;

The candidates are in possession of the certificates requested by the STCW-95 and National regulations. The documents, certificates, Diploma, Endorsements are being checked by us and confirmed by the Register Inspection of Ministry of Transport in Ukraine, Odessa.

All the candidates are interviewed by our staff, they also pass an English test.
The selected and confirmed customer is scheduled to undergo the medical examination, alcohol and drug tests in accordance to National regulations or to the requirements of our customer using their forms provided. The copies of all required certificates, etc. are being sent to the owner/manager.
When the candidate is scheduled to be embarked the vessel, we do all required immigration/customs, visa formalities in Odessa or Kiev. The nearest airports are Odessa and Kiev. If a crew member takes the flight from/to Kiev, we can arrange their transfer from/to Odessa.
